Making a portal feel in-house

Customers don't judge a portal by its feature list. They judge whether it feels like yours.

A portal is often the most frequent touchpoint a customer has with your company — more than your website, sometimes more than your people. If it arrives wearing someone else’s badge, on someone else’s domain, a little trust leaks out every time they sign in.

That’s why white-labeling in Basicloud goes past the logo swap.

  • Your domain. The portal lives at portal.yourbrand.com — the address bar is part of the brand.
  • Your colors and logo, everywhere. Sign-in screen included — the first screen matters most.
  • Layouts that fit the audience. Role-aware layouts mean a customer sees a clean, purpose-built view — not a generic CRM screen with fields they don’t recognize.

Under the hood it’s still Basicloud — live queries, row-level security, audit trails. But to the person signing in, it’s simply your company’s portal, working the way they’d expect your software to work. That’s the point: as far as your customers can tell, you built it in-house.
